A residential freelance project in which it is presumed that the client’s physical disabilities will force her to be in a wheelchair in the future. The family commissioned me to create plans in AutoCAD for them to give to a builder and the HOA. The design is geared toward making the house their dream home, as well as prepare it for long-term wheelchair use. A total of 20 CDs were created.

A 1930s era bungalow home has been designed for 2 adult clients with one of the adults’ mother that will be moving in with them. The home is located in Burlington, Vermont and designed following inspiration from the Tudor Revival architectural style. The spaces to be designed on the first floor include: a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bed and bath for the aging-in-place parent with a private laundry room. The spaces on the second floor include: a master bed and bath, a guest room, a home office/extra guest room, a bathroom, and laundry. The design accomplishes a safe and universal home that increases the quality of life for the client’s mother.

FREELANCE WORK
In January 2023, I starting doing freelance work for a local interior designer. I create 3D renderings & floor plans, space plan, offer design advice, and attend client meetings. These pages show a mixture of different projects I have been a part of and the renderings I created from 3D models I also constructed.
